Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before vendor acceptance.

Once the order is accepted or prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable in cases of:

Order cancellation (as per policy)

Non-delivery

Incorrect or damaged items (with valid proof)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Change of mind after order preparation

Incorrect address provided by the user
